The delay comes after the state government authorized a supplementary CET on August 4, following complaints that many candidates were unable to take the initial exam.

This year marks the first time that admissions to these courses are being conducted through the State CET Cell, as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has taken control of these programs, making its approval mandatory.

The State CET Cell has released a tentative schedule for BBA and BCA admissions. According to this schedule, the results for the CET held on August 4 will be announced on August 28.

Applications for admission will be accepted from August 29 to September 6. A provisional merit list will be announced on September 9, followed by the final merit list on September 13.
