The event took place at Lady Ramabai Auditorium in S. P. College, with singer Anuradha Paudwal as the chief guest.

Present at the event were the Trust's Vice-President Dr. Ramchandra Paranjape, Vice-President Sunil Rasne, Treasurer Mahesh Suryavanshi, General Secretary Hemant Rasne, and members Mangesh Suryavanshi, Raja Paimode, Tushar Raikar, Amol Chavan, Vijay Chavan, Santosh Rasal, and Rahul Chavan from Suvarnayug Cooperative Bank.

Through the Suryodaya Foundation, Anuradha Paudwal has been raising awareness about hearing issues. She emphasized the importance of early detection and treatment, suggesting that hearing tests should be conducted at birth and awareness should be spread through obstetricians.

Trust President Manik Chavan commented, “This initiative, jointly undertaken by the Trust and the Foundation, has distributed 4,500 hearing aids so far. An additional 1,100 are yet to be distributed. The initiative is receiving an enthusiastic response in other cities as well.”
