Pune: As controversies surrounding trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar and her family continue to surface, a new update has emerged regarding the Khedkar family.
AAP Leader and RTI activist Vijay Kumbhar recently brought to light that Puja Khedkar's family had purchased land in Baramati Taluka. Now, it has been revealed that corrections have been made in the land records.
The name on the land record has been changed from Dilip Dhondiba Khedkar to Dilip Kondiba Khedkar. Vijay Kumbhar had previously uncovered that Dilip Khedkar had purchased 14 gunthas of land in Waghulwadi, Baramati Taluka, fourteen years ago.
The Khedkar family has now put this land up for sale, displaying a board at the site indicating its availability. It is reported that the land is valued at around 1.5 crores.
The land is registered in the name of Dilip Khedkar under Gat Number 8 in the Waghulwadi Gram Panchayat limits. Corrections have been made to the spelling of the name on the 7/12 extract, changing it from Dilip Dhondiba Khedkar to Dilip Kondiba Khedkar.
As the Khedkar family remains entangled in a web of controversies and investigations, the correction of the name on the land record raises questions about the identities involved.
