Pune: In a significant boost to the city's public transportation infrastructure, the Mahayuti government approved two new metro routes in Pune during a cabinet meeting today (October 14).

The newly sanctioned routes are Khadakwasla-Swargate-Hadapsar-Kharadi and Nal Stop-Dahanukar Colony-Warje-Manik Baug. This development is expected to strengthen the city's metro network, further facilitating public transit and easing congestion.

Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar for their commitment to Pune's development, thanking them for making this important decision.
