Pune: OBC leader Laxman Hake was accused by Maratha activists of public intoxication and creating a disturbance.

Laxman Hake was taken to the Sassoon General Hospital after protesters demanded a medical examination to determine whether he had consumed alcohol. Preliminary results from the hospital indicated that Hake had not consumed alcohol, as doctors found no evidence of intoxication.
