The altercation took place in the Katraj-Kondhwa area, and according to reports, the Maratha protesters confronted Hake and demanded accountability.
They proceeded to take him to the Kondhwa police station, where a group of Maratha activists demanded that Hake undergo a medical test to confirm whether he had consumed alcohol.
