The incident took place on Tuesday (August 27) afternoon around 3 PM when the 29-year-old complainant, along with her husband and brother-in-law, visited the holy site on the suggestion of the priest.

After completing the rituals, the complainant and her husband took a bath in the river. Following the bath, the complainant was asked to change clothes in the room designated for rituals.
