COVID-19 lockdown: The wait continues for these 95 migrant workers in Pune

The coronavirus lockdown has pressed the pause button on the world. The migrant workers in a quest to earn more life leave their homes and adapt to an alien city. 

The pandemic has got these poor migrant workers stuck away from home. With most of them working on daily wages, there's panic and anxiety during the lockdown. The government has arranged for transportation for their return, and the plan is being implemented phase-wise.

These 95 stranded migrant workers are now staying at Indira Gandhi Model School of Corporation, Aundh, Pune. Sixty-nine of them are from Maharashtra, and the remaining 26 are from other States. 

With patience as their weapon, their wait to go home continues...
