Pune: In a disturbing incident, a man allegedly leaked obscene photos of a woman online after she stopped speaking to him. The incident came to light on Tuesday night around 10 PM.

The Lonikand police have registered a case against the 33-year-old man under the IT Act and for outraging the modesty of a woman.

According to the police, the accused and the complainant previously lived in the same neighborhood in Hadapsar and were acquainted with each other.

The woman later moved to a different area, leading to a cessation of communication between them. Angered by her silence, the accused sent explicit photos of the two, taken while they lived in Hadapsar, to the woman and her husband's WhatsApp.
