Pune: The bail application of Manorama Khedkar, who is currently in Yerawada Jail for allegedly threatening a farmer in Mulshi with a pistol, will be heard on Thursday, August 1st.
Manorama Khedkar, her husband Dilip, and five others, including her daughter trainee officer Puja Khedkar, were booked at Paud Police Station for allegedly threatening a farmer with a pistol.
Following the filing of the case, Manorama went into hiding and was later arrested by a rural police team in the Mahad area. While Dilip was recently granted bail, Manorama remains in judicial custody in Yerawada Jail.
Her lawyer had submitted a bail application, which was initially scheduled for a hearing on Monday. However, the hearing was postponed and is now set for Thursday.
