MHADA has scheduled September 27 at 6 PM as the date for the release of the provisional list of applicants, which will be made available on their official website.
Applicants will have until September 29, by 12 noon, to submit any claims or objections regarding this list. Following this process, the final list of approved applicants will be published on October 3 at 6 PM on MHADA's website.
Payment Procedure for Earnest Money
Applicants are advised to complete the payment of their earnest money via RTGS or NEFT through the concerned banks within office hours on September 19. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the rejection of the application for the housing lottery.
Reduction in House Prices
In a move that has reignited hope for many prospective homebuyers, the prices of 370 houses have been reduced by 10% to 25%. This reduction is expected to draw more applicants ahead of the September 19 deadline.
