Pune: Students can now give the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains as per their convenience in the month of February, March, April and May 2021. The process for applying for the February 2021 JEE Mains Exam has begun from Wednesday (December 16).
The first exam will be conducted from February 23 to 26, 2021 at 9 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 6 pm. Since students can appear for exam four time, they can benefit in the overall ranking if the perform better in the four attempts.

· JEE Mains Exam - February 23 to 26, 2021
· Result - March 6, 2021
QUESTIONS IN REGIONAL LANGUAGES
The NTA has also allowed students to attempt the exams in their preferred regional language. The questions will be asked in English as well as Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannad, Malyalam, Odia, Punjabi, Telugu and Urdu languages. This will help students understand the question better if they find it difficult to comprehend in English language.
TOTAL 90 QUESTIONS
A total of 90 questions will be asked in section A and B for Physics, Chemistry and Maths subject. Of these, attempting 75 questions is mandatory. In section A, 20 questions will be in multiple-choice-questions format and in section B, 10 numerical value questions of each subject will be asked of which five are to be solved.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to conduct the JEE Mains Exam in four stages. Students can appear for this exam more than once. In Maharashtra, the JEE Mains exam will be conducted in 27 cities while it will be conducted in 329 cities in the country. For more information, students can visit the website www.jeemain.nta.nic.in. In 2020, the NTA had conducted JEE Mains exam in two stages - one in January and other in September month.
