Pune: Aniket Sudhir Shinde, from a humble farming family in Avasari Budruk of Ambegaon taluka, has been selected as a Tax and Administrative Officer in the Maharashtra Municipal Council Tax and Administrative Services.
The Maharashtra government conducted the examination in October 2023, with results announced on June 10, following the conclusion of the election code of conduct. Aniket successfully secured his position as a Tax and Administrative Officer through this exam.
Aniket Shinde is also accomplished in sports, having won five gold medals in state-level Wushu and boxing competitions. He has represented Maharashtra at the national level, earning numerous medals. Aniket completed his primary education at the local Zilla Parishad school and his secondary education at Vidya Vikas Mandir in his village.
He pursued higher secondary education at Sainik School (Phulgaon) and earned a degree in science from Sir Parashurambhau (SP) College in Pune. Afterward, he prepared for competitive exams, leading to his current success. Aniket credits his parents, especially his father Sudhir Sakharam Shinde, a progressive farmer, for his achievements. His achievement has garnered praise from all quarters.
