Pune Police on Friday filed a charge sheet in a court here against two more persons in connection with a Porsche car accident in Kalyaninagar area. A 242-page chargesheet has been filed after examining 17 witnesses in the case.

The accused have been identified as Aditya Avinash Sood (52), a resident of Sopanbaug, Ghorpadi, and Ashish Satish Mittal (37), a resident of Vimannagar, Pune.

A computer engineer was killed in a Porsche car crash. A case was registered at Yerawada police station.

The special court had rejected the bail plea of the accused as they were actively involved in changing the blood samples of two minor friends of the driver in the case. The two are in judicial custody in Yerawada jail.

To save the boy's two minor friends, Sood and Mittal approached the then Chief Medical Officer of Sassoon, Dr. Shrihari Halnor and head of the forensic department.

He bribed Ajay Taware. Sood then replaced a boy's blood sample with his own blood sample. The police investigation also revealed that Mittal had replaced the other boy with his own blood at the behest of accused Arun Kumar Singh.

The two accused had then fled to other states fearing arrest. The accused returned to Pune after learning that police teams were on the trail. The two were later arrested by the police on August 19.
