Pune: Samsung has expanded its retail footprint in Pune with the launch of its second premium experience store at Phoenix Marketcity.

This new outlet is designed to be a comprehensive hub for sales, customer service, and immersive product experiences, providing consumers with access to the latest in Samsung's technology and innovation.

Located at one of Pune’s prime shopping locations, the 2,000 sq. ft. store is set to offer an engaging experience for visitors. It features dedicated zones showcasing Samsung’s cutting-edge products, including smartphones, laptops, audio systems, gaming gear, and the SmartThings ecosystem, which integrates and connects all Samsung devices seamlessly.

As part of its initiative to engage with younger consumers, Samsung will host various Galaxy workshops under the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ program, focusing on AI education and areas of interest such as productivity, photography, doodling, fitness, and local cultural events.

These workshops are aimed at Gen Z and millennials, offering them a chance to explore and learn about Samsung’s latest technological advancements.

Sumit Walia, Vice President of D2C Business at Samsung India, expressed optimism about the new store’s potential: “The overwhelming response from consumers in Pune has encouraged us to expand our presence.

This new store not only offers a wide range of products and services but also allows us to connect more deeply with our customers through innovative experiences and educational workshops.”

The store also introduces a phygital experience through Samsung’s Store+ platform, enabling customers to browse and purchase from a selection of over 1,200 Samsung products either in-store or online via digital kiosks, with direct home delivery options.
