Pune: A young man has been booked for organizing an Aarti in front of the Ganpati idol at Saras Baug, Pune, drawing a crowd in the process. The man in question has been identified as Sangram (Akshay) Dhole Patil.

Devotees from across Maharashtra visit the Ganpati temple at Saras Baug. However, tensions arose after rumors spread about Namaz being offered at the site. This led to aggressive reactions from certain Hindu organizations, prompting Sangram Khube to organize Aarti every Friday.

Following this, a case was registered against Khube at the Swargate police station. He has been mandated to adhere to ten specific directives. Anand Dave, president of the Hindu Mahasangh, has condemned the action taken against Khube.
