Siri, Apple's voice assistant, has revealed curious details about the next big event. On asking Siri "When is the next Apple Event?", the voice assistant responds with "The special event is on Tuesday, April 20, at Apple Park in Cupertino, CA. You can get all the details on Apple.com".
However, there is no information presently available on Apple's official website. And while a MacRumours report suggests that Siri does not provide information in all cases, multiple platforms and readers talk about premature information scattered across Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, Mac and HomePod.
This information comes right around the time Apple's iPad series awaits its rumoured release since Apple announced the iPad Pro in March last year.
However, according to recent media reports, Apple has delayed production for some MacBook and iPad models due to a global chip shortage. On the other hand, the iPad production was postponed because of a deficit of displays and display components.
Despite the global shortage, plans for Apple's flagship iPhones have not been affected so far. Yet, some reports mention that the supply of some components for the devices is "quite tight".
