Realme enthusiasts were in for a treat with the brand unveiling its newest flagship devices on Tuesday. Not long after September, the tech company has brought forth two new smartphones in the market: Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro. This year, Realme has introduced new enhancements, including 108MP cameras in Realme's number series.
The Realme 8 Pro values at INR 17,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and INR 19,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Meanwhile, Realme 8 Pro comes in 6GB + 128GB variant, and values at INR 17,999 — and an 8GB + 128GB variant that costs INR 19,999.
Overview: Unlike its counterpart, the Realme 8 comes powered with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 SoC (system on chip). The Realme 8 is also powered by a robust gaming processor with a combination of the latest CPU, GPU, RAM and AI to provide gamers with a smooth experience.
Camera: The Realme 8 features the flagship, ultra-clear quad-camera set-up, consisting of a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide-angle, a macro lens that comes with a B&W portrait lens. Apart from this, it also features a 16MP Ultra-clear front camera with an f2.45 aperture.
Display: For its display, the Realme provides a 6.4-inch (16.3 cm) Super AMOLED fullscreen with an in-display fingerprint. Both the smartphones in this series feature an always-on display.
Battery: The Realme 8 is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery with a newly upgraded 30W Dart Charge. The battery can be charged to 100 per cent in 65 minutes and nearly 50 per cent in 26 minutes.
